Information and details on how to get an apostille on a UK Companies House documents

The Apostille Certificate and Stamp must be applied to either the document provided by Companies House that they have signed, or a cover sheet signed by a UK Registered/Practicing Solicitor - which is part of our service.

If you need us to, we can obtain documents from Companies House. Including downloads to be certified by our solicitors or certified straight from Companies House.

The Hague Convention Apostille Stamp can be supplied and issued on original Companies House docs or copies supplied by Companies House download service or direct.

INFORMATION
If you have a UK company that is looking to move into new countries you may be asked to provide a copy of its Certificate of Incorporation with an apostille. The Apostilles Group can legalise your Certificate of Incorporation on your behalf and you need only tell us your company name and number.
The Certificate of Incorporation is provided to each registered company in the UK to confirm the company name, company number, date of registration and country of registration. This document can be legalised with the apostille to confirm the company details to overseas organisations such as banks, etc.
If you do not have a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation we can get hold of one for you by either:

Downloading official documents from Companies House and have them certified by our solicitor
Working with embassies in London The Apostilles Group can also arrange for documents to be attested if required. This is for countries that are NOT members of the Hague Convention.
