DEATH CERTIFICATE APOSTILLE

From £45

Death Certificates may be required by overseas authorities when dealing with property or assets based abroad.

A notarised Will or Power of Attorney may also need an Apostille Certificate.

We can only legalise original Death Certificates or certified copies issued by the General Registry Office (GRO) or local Registry Offices in the UK.

Please note that we are NOT able to legalise photocopies, even if they have been signed by a UK solicitor or notary.

If you need us to, we can obtain copies from the General Register Office on your behalf

for £60 (1-2 working days) or £40 (15 working days).

Contact us for more details of this service.

We can also legalise original Death Certificates issued by a UK Coroner.

Translations of these can also be legalised if they have been signed by a UK Registered/Practicing Solicitor or Notary.

For your convenience we can arrange this under our BASIC service.
